Great theatre with great location! Very clean and spaacious. Problem is, concession way too expensive! ($5 for small box of popcorn?!), can't make left turn onto Elm Street from theatre: I live right down the street, but have to go a mile down rt. 1 north, then go through BJ's parking lot to get home! this needs to change! and the 800 numbefr has too many commercials about the company who sponsered the call service.

I love going to the Cinema De Lux in Dedham. I'm from South Bosotn and I love the fact that people of all Races and Ethnicities go there with one thing in mind...going to a Movie with Friends and Family. I fell right at home there.

A nice clean theater. Great concession sttands.
The only problem is the lack of management!
Management need to be more aggressive with the inner city
people of lower income. You know the ones!
Hat sideways, pants dragging on the ground.
The swarthy people who don't know when to shut their
Pork chop slurping mouths when the film is on.

I really appreciated getting a free pass the first day due to the necessary fire alarm exercise. This theatre has all the modern conveniences and upgrades that you can find anywhere. You can be served a meal while you are watching a film. There is a great restaurant with fine food, service and moderate cost.. All I can say is that anyone who does not want to be made aware of a problem in a public place is ignorant. We all have alarms in our homes as it is the law. I think that "worst day ever" is illiterate and ignorant at the same time. We all got to go back inside to continue watching the film and then they passed out free passes to be used later for any movie and it had no expiration. Two films for the price of one. The management is more than fair and does not deserve to be bad-mouthed about something that was out of their control. It has not happened since or I would know. New construction always has little problems that have to be ironed out and then it is fine.

We have been several times now and have enjoyed it. It is very comfortable and the atmosphere is nice. The food is pricey like all theatres but its good.
